Privacy and confidentiality
We never contact your staff, customers, suppliers or competitors. We never tell anyone that you’re thinking about selling.
01Your information
Who we are
Handover is a collaboration between Z2Z Consulting LLC, Highland Mills, New York, and The Beacon Isle Group, Paris, France. Z2Z Consulting LLC is responsible for the information you give us, and The Beacon Isle Group handles it on Z2Z’s behalf under the same rules as on this page. Our legal notice has the full details of both. You can reach us at contact@handoveradvisors.com or (646) 360-0296.
What we collect
- Your answers to the readiness score.
- The contact details you give us: your name and email, and, if you choose, your phone number and business name.
- How you found us. If you arrived from one of our ads, an email from us or another website, the site notes which one (for example the ad campaign and the search words) and sends it with your answers. Your browser keeps this note for 90 days.
- Anything you tell us when you email, call or book a call.
Why
To send you your report, to talk to you about it, and to learn which of our ads and pages are worth paying for. Nothing else.
Who sees it
The two of us. Your answers and details are kept in the Google Workspace account we run the business on (Gmail and Google Sheets).
What we never do
- Sell or share your information
- Add you to a marketing list without asking
- Contact anyone at your business other than you
How long we keep it
We delete it whenever you ask. If we haven’t worked together, we delete it after 24 months. To see what we hold about you, or to correct it, email us.
02Cookies and measurement
What the website measures
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and Google Ads conversion tracking to see which of our ads lead someone to take the score or get in touch. Both set cookies and receive the pages you visit, the ad you clicked, your browser and your approximate location. They never receive your answers, your name, your email address or your phone number.
Google may collect information about your visits to this and other websites over time, under Google’s privacy policy. We don’t use it to follow you around the web with our ads. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are measured without cookies.
How to opt out
Block cookies in your browser settings, install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, or turn off personalized ads in Google’s My Ad Center. The site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no agreed standard for them; the options above work instead.
